10User Conduct

• Using bots, automated software, scripts or any mechanical, artificial or electronic means to interact with the platform
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing or any form of fraudulent manipulation of game outcomes
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection or using the platform to facilitate financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithms or security measures used by hm777

• Impersonating another User, hm777 employee or third-party entity

Breach of any of the above conditions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles hm777 to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all pending and historical transactions associated with the breach, and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

11Intellectual Property
